This Women in Manufacturing Lunch Series is by invitation only. If you would like an invitation and are a woman working for a manufacturing company, please contact email@example.com.
This series is designed to empower women in manufacturing, help to increase the number of women who are interested in manufacturing roles, and to facilitate real conversations that are focused on topics that matter to women in the industry. We will encourage women to work in manufacturing, address tough issues, and identify solutions to challenges; in an environment that lifts and strengthens one another both personally and professionally.
To be a trusted community devoted to engaging, empowering, and educating women in manufacturing within the greater Dayton region.
To equip all women in manufacturing to take themselves and their organization to the next level.
Each meeting will be held the 2nd Wednesday of the month unless otherwise noted.

Mary will be sharing with you 5 ways to get projects done faster to help you become more competitive. These are secrets she has learned during her 18 years in Technical Operations as a change agent executing projects in a wide variety of situations.
Featured Speaker: Mary Miller
Mary R. Miller is a Manufacturing Growth Specialist at FASTLANE. Mary acts as unbiased adviser helping manufacturers to be more competitive. She moves quickly to find solutions through leveraging the right resources and removing barriers to deliver results.
Mary has more than 20 years of experience in a variety of industries including component and capital equipment manufacturing, professional engineering services, operations management and contracting. She has held positions ranging from application engineer to chief operating officer, allowing her to work with all levels of an organization.
Mary has a Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering from GMI/Kettering University, an MBA and a Small Business Coaching Certification. Mary has won $325,000 in Advanced Manufacturing Program Grant Awards (2015 and 2016) and has helped a number of local manufacturers with a multitude of projects.
